Your AI spend. Clear answers.
What TWB does for a company, what it reads, what it costs and what comes next.
Getting started3
What does The White Box do for a company?
It brings every AI subscription, seat and API bill into one view, shows what is actually used and, each month, recommends what to keep, cut or switch, with the dollar amount.
How does the free AI audit work?
You share billing and usage data: admin exports, billing files or an admin key that TWB uses only to read usage and costs. Within 2 working days (up to 200 people) or 5 (larger companies) you get a report: what you pay, what is used and three decisions with dollar amounts. No commitment, no card.
Who is it for?
Companies of 30–2,000 people where AI is part of daily work. The best fit spends $50k or more a year on AI tools and APIs.
Why TWB3
We already have a SaaS management tool. Why TWB?
SaaS tools list subscriptions and logins. TWB also reads API bills by model, compares plans across AI vendors and turns them into monthly decisions with amounts.
Can’t we track this in a spreadsheet?
A spreadsheet can list costs. It does not see seat activity, API usage by model or upcoming price and plan changes. TWB keeps that current every month.
Does low usage always mean waste?
No. A seat used rarely can still be worth it. TWB shows usage next to cost and checks with the tool owner before recommending a cut.
Connections & security2
What can TWB connect today?
OpenAI and Anthropic organization usage and cost reports with an admin key, plus billing exports and receipts for other tools. Each connection shows what data it reads before you connect.
Can TWB see our chats, prompts or code?
No. TWB reads billing and usage data only and never asks for passwords. Keys are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect at any time.
Pricing1
What does it cost after the audit?
Teams of 30–200 people: from $200 a month, billed yearly (about 3–4% of the yearly AI bill). Companies of 200–2,000 people: a 3-month pilot at $2,500 a month, credited to an annual plan from $18k. The final price follows the audit.
Reports & decisions2
What do we get every month?
A one-page review: spend by tool, team and month, what changed since last month, and a short list of keep, cut or switch decisions with dollar amounts and reasons.
Can several people from our company use the workspace?
Shared company workspaces with roles are in early access. We set them up with pilot customers first.
