Terms of use

Using TWB

The White Box helps you organize and review AI subscriptions. Create an account with an email address you control. Keep sign-in codes private and use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s account or disrupt the service.

Your account and data

You remain responsible for information you add. Each external account connection is optional and requires a separate permission. Signing up does not authorize us to read your inbox, access AI conversations, or change any provider subscription. Our Privacy notice describes the data we process and the available deletion options.

Recommendations

Reviews depend on available data and may be incomplete. Verify prices, billing dates and plan terms with the provider before taking action. TWB does not guarantee savings, subscription eligibility, or suitability for a specific task. You decide whether to keep, change or cancel a provider plan.

Early access and pricing

Features and provider coverage may change. Some integrations are limited pilots. Paid TWB checkout is not active; registering does not create a paid subscription or authorize a charge. Any future purchase will show its price and payment terms before you agree.

Availability and account closure

We may restrict access where necessary to protect the service or address misuse. You may stop using TWB at any time. For account closure, data access or deletion requests, contact hello@thewhitebox.net. Provider subscriptions must be managed with those providers.

Ownership and intellectual property

The White Box is founded and owned by Sani Parizheva. Rights in original TWB materials owned by her are reserved to the extent protected by applicable law. You retain rights in your own work. Provider marks, open-source software and other licensed materials remain subject to their own rights and licences. See our Ownership & rights notice for scope and permissions.

Security and assurance

Our Security page describes implemented controls and the status of independent assessments. TWB does not currently claim ISO/IEC 27001 certification, a SOC 2 report, or CSA Cyber Essentials certification.
